Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use your Eastoft Studio website template for one (1) personal or business website, or for one (1) single client project. All templates, layouts, and pre-written copy remain the exclusive intellectual property of Eastoft Studio. Your purchase provides a license to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of the template or any of its foundational design elements.

Under this license, you are permitted to:

• Access and use the template for your own personal business use or one (1) single client project.
• Modify, edit, and customize the design, colors, typography, layout, and copy to fit your specific brand needs.
• Use the provided curated stock photography and video assets exclusively within the context of the purchased template.

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Resell, trade, or transfer your template license or Framer remix link to another party.
• Share, distribute, or provide the template, Framer link, or included media files to anyone who has not purchased their own license.
• Use the template to create derivative templates, themes, or digital design products for sale or distribution.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original template design, layout, or pre-written copy.
• Extract the included stock photography or video assets to resell, distribute, or license them as standalone stock media.
• Use the template in any educational program, course, or membership made available to others.
• If you are a designer and wish to use this template for multiple clients, a new, separate template license must be purchased for every individual client project.

Violation of these restrictions constitutes copyright infringement and will result in immediate revocation of your license and potential legal action.

Our templates are built exclusively for the Framer platform. Your purchase of this template does not include a Framer subscription, website hosting, or a custom domain. You are entirely responsible for creating a Framer account, managing your subscription, and paying any associated hosting or platform fees required to launch your website. Eastoft Studio is not responsible for any platform updates, outages, or changes made by Framer that may affect the template post-purchase.

All prices are listed in USD. If you elect to use a third-party payment plan (such as Shop Pay, Affirm, or Afterpay) at checkout, you authorize that processor to charge your selected payment method according to their terms. You may not cancel or void these payments once the digital asset has been delivered. If your payment plan defaults, your license to use the template is immediately revoked, and you must cease use of the site.
